Keppel shareholders will receive NEWCO in specie and will dump it for 2 months. With cash of $1.2b and nothing in KOM, there's not enough working capital to complete $8b of the order books. Some hope Temasek will inject $2b otherwise NEWCO is as good as dead. I have great reservation about that from a commercial standpoint. More likely, RI 3 is in the card.
I think only may be wrong.

SM will be suspended when the merger is announced. Then, it will be traded again for around 3 weeks for people to sell if they do not want NEWCO.
I will just sell at all costs. If I can't forget NEWCO, then I will buy it after it has trade for 2 months
