I was thinking maybe Asset Injection (Bay Hotel HCM), RTO by some Hotel Groups or Strategic Cornerstone Investors, that' s why price is kept low in order not to jeopardize their plan.

Since big boss came back and decided to hold his two 5-Star assets via Adventus, a public listed co. Then maybe he plans to increase his shareholding of Adventus to a very high percentage.

PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022
The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Adventus Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to advise shareholders that the Group is expected to report a loss for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (&ldquo FY2022&rdquo ), based on a preliminary review of the unaudited financial results of the Group for FY2022.
The expected loss is mainly attributable to the followings:
(a) Decrease in interest income from non-controlling interest upon share converted in one of the Group&rsquo s developments in Vietnam. Please refer to announcement &ldquo Completion of transfer of shares of Hoi An Pearl Joint Stock Company to ADV S2 Pte Ltd&rdquo as previously announced on 28 March 2022.
(b) Fluctuation of foreign exchange between US dollar and Vietnamese Dong against Singapore dollar resulted in unrealised losses. The Company is in the process of finalising the unaudited financial results for FY2022 and further information about the Group&rsquo s financial performance for FY2022 will be set out in the Group&rsquo s financial results for FY2022 which is expected to be disclosed on or about 28 February 2022.
In the meantime, Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the Company carefully. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Another possible seller may be the previous boss who wanted to venture into commodities business but failed to do so.
He had 488 million shares initially. He sold 110 million shares in the open market via several sales as announced in various company announcements and he ended up with 378 million shares then.
Subsequently, he sold another 268 million shares via a married deal and he had 110 million shares left. 110 million shares is below 5% shareholding, thus he does not need to declare his future sales anymore.
Moreover, from his last announced open market sale before his married deal, he sold 15,819,600 shares at $0.007 ($112,100.05 divide by 15,819,600 = $0.007). See last screenshot below. This showed that he is indeed willing to sell at this price of $0.007.
From the above, it is likely that he has been the one who has been selling his balance 110 million shares at 0.007. If he has been the one selling, he should have already sold most of his shares by now.
