This lithium story is sound n clear..... n the direction of the coy is very clear.... burning of cash is state clearly...

As long as there is no improvement on the burning of cash....and prices of lithium rebound... we can say... this coy could go bankrupt by 2020...
As we all say management is extremely important...but currently the management seems to be an issue paying themselves high salary and benefits...
Cost is too high... all target from previous presentation goes way out...we cant trust them anymore...
5 to 8c range is when they provide a concrete plan to stop the bleeding..or else prepare for a low offer from gxy...

Aiyo. It is played by few shortlist that gambling it's way. Gambling stocks wont need all these justification.
Same reasons why one keep writing these assumptions.
The main reason why theres a sell down....
1) lithium sector is weak...as oversupply from various area depressing prices
2) mining cost is extremely high
3) there is no major.offtake.. those in talks are pretty small..
4) many progress has been delayed as cost run high.. example fine circuit
5) recent fund raise cannot last thru the end of the year with current running cost.... it will need more money
Coy is burning money... so be very careful... mkt cap could go below 70m to 100m range...good luck... my view only
it doesnt matter how much demand or price of lithium is.. at the end of the day, what is most important is whether the bottomline is a profit or a loss, and the cash flow.. dont just look at the macros only of whatever bright prospect of lithium.. look within the company itself of whether it can deliver profits to shareholders.. bright macro prospect doesnt mean every company dealing with it will be profitable
for retaliers TP=12c-13c is good enough considering price is now 0.098

This company burn cash faster than you burn your calories. End June got A$20mil. In 24 days, already burnt A$14 mil? So need another A$30 mil to last till end Sept? Maybe need to open mouth ask shareholders to donate some chips also so that mgmt, as usual, earn fat pay while company goes downhill with their shareholders. Sure paint future bright and sunny so that shareholders will part their money for mgmt to pocket more.
They really need a mega deal to dump their stockpiled and reserved lithium to save their shareholders' skin.
