Dont trade in a market blindly .... open ur mind dont imagine things... sometimes things are simple and clean but some humans like to imagine things and miss out buying at good price...
Believe it or not... i am pretty sure you wont see price below 40c next week...

LOL.
Wait for 1st shipment delivered then say lah.
Now 1st shipment can be delivered still a big question mark.
And more advanced technology in batteries may make lithium not so relevant anymore. Hence you see the price of lithium declining.

Alliance and Tawana merge will happen....Tawana is going to spin out its other assets such as the prize cowan land.. into a whole new entity (which may be listed in nasdaq instead of ASX or thru reverse take over options are being discussed).... Each existing shareholder of tawana will recieve free shares in the new company.
so tawana will be left equal assets as Alliance.... now alliance have no CEO and Tawana is running the show... and major shareholder of are supporting for the merging of the 2 company...
So will it maintain to be dual list or completely remove from SGX... we have no clue... but after merging..it would seems positive for the 2 entity as cost will be lower...
Price action will be positive :) good luck

Burwill is trying to get a controlling stake in once alliance & tawana merge is confirmed...
What will happen to those who vested?

Burwill issuing convertible bonds planning HKD 30,000,000 for purchasing of AMA shares if necessary.

risktaker likes to think lithium lithium and .....etc
he doesnt know there are better alternatives for batteries for EV
Once global mining giants ramp up current lithium output which alliance still had not even delivered its 1st shipment tet, and with new advanced alternative replacing lithium batteries , you will see lithium commodity price declined by more than - 50%

Platinum, falling fast & furious

EV market can be shared between fuel cell and batteries, in supplying energy to its genetic inverters & converters. Within the battery segment, when alternative battery cell technology emerge, that's the real danger to lithium. Proton cell post a real danger because it uses carbon. Dyodd
Technologies evolving so fast I wont be surprised at all.

EV are designed such that their inverter and converter are car specific while batteries pack must be easily replaceable. The batteries cells packaging remain simply rectangle with anode & cathode terminals. New batteries breakthrough can change the fate of lithium, fast & furious. dyodd
I like to read your postings. You have very balanced views with reasonings. And pointed out the main point usually.
You point out something I also have been thinking all this while : is   Alliance worth what it is worth now , or is it under valued , or is it over valued .
It it is a big question mark really.

EV is here to stay for a while for sure.  Whatever alternate energy source are so far mostly still in lab.  Risktaker point on big car manufacturers are already on EV bandwagon cannot be brushed off so simply.  What one should focus on is how the technology advanced in term of efficiency.  Greater efficiency means less lithium for the same capacity.  So as tech advance, it is good or bad for lithium?
On this AMAL thread, my question is: Is AMAL what it made out to be?  Is it worth too way ahead of its forth coming fundamental?

Technology advances very fast. Wont be surprised lithium may not be relevant to EV applications and be replaced by a more advanced alternative.
Now also observing how long alliance delay its 1st shipment delivery.
If delay too long, not very good to alliance share price.
