Popiah King gave a boost at 8.8c after ID bought the share at higher price. Short term strong support would be at 9.2c. Resistance at 9.7c. This resistance would be broken if Popiah King gives another boost here, scares away the short sellers.

Mrs Foo Yee Shoon, the independent director of KOP bought 540,000 shares at $0.092 yesterday.

No...funds still.with sats may try some 100 or 200 lots below 8 or even 7c......still feel safer with sats and div yield ia.more than 3%

Expect KOP to go thru losses for many qtrs 1st as expect their Rev to remain constant or go down but their Exp to go up ...due to high finance and manpower costs going up

Sam is playing " insurance here " with the loan. If company is doing well, he gets 7% interest from company for his $45 mil loan and with 200 mil shares at 5 c / sh , he makes if share price go up.
If company not doing well, assuming share price drop to 7 cts and cannot repay the loan, he gets to convert at a 45 mil / 7 ct ...giving him more shares.
So good deal by Sam. So he structured the deal with the possibility or even with the possible expectation that share price may go below 9 c / sh.
Cocoa Colony seemed to be owned by KOP or linked to KOP but the recent closure of the 3 cocoa colony outlets were not reported or announced anywhere in KOP news or website . So to ne this is a question mark. Cocoa Colony belonged to KOP or not ?
If this creates doubts (in the company we are investing), I dont like to inveat in such companies.

Land cost rmb $883m...kop got 30%..so about $55m sg....so feel like almost all sam goi $$ go into land....wat about development cost?
