Proposed dividend per share:
3.51349 Sino Harbour Shares per Pan Hong Share.
Sino harbour now hkd 0.96c or sg 0.17...
So buying pan hong will get 3.51x0.17c = S$0.59 worth of sino shares..
more than pan hong price now of 0.405c..
