Thomson Medical Group launches and prices $45 mil worth of notes
Thomson Medical Group has launched and priced $45 million worth of notes, a year after it launched $30 million worth of notes.
The notes, named Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes and Series 004 Tranche 002 Notes have an aggregate principal amount of 5.50% due 2026, and 5.25% due 2027.
The notes will be issued by Thomson Medical under the $1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme which was launched in July.
The previous tranche of $30 million notes will mature on May 31, 2028, and will carry a coupon of 5.5% per annum (p.a.).
United Overseas Bank (UOB) has been appointed as the sole dealer in relation to the notes.

If you buy into this counter u need to have patience.
The recent financial result wasn't impressive.
I remember last time I bought the shares at 0.05 cents it took more than half a year to move if I never rembered wrongly.

any input where is this stock heading to? 0.08 or beyond or below any threshold? is the mgmt not pulling up socks to assure investors on the merits of the business, thank you
Don't think got share consolidation, else they will have to settle the floating volume issues again

Went to several AGM. All question on stock price never get answer. In fact after AGM stock price get cheaper.

the owner with decades of entrepreneurship should have been able to elevate the company' s profile and share value. suggest sell away this business and set up real estate agencies which 2 listed are making tons of money without need to pay salaries to agents, just spend on tech etc to support
with selling this business to foreign investors many like to be in singapore anyway, perhaps the value would go up to 0.15cent benefiting all current shareholders some have been holding when the share value was like 0.20, hopefully next agm shareholders raise it up

I thought got some hope when Maybank upgrade it to $0.088 and Phillip securities upgrade it to $0.66. At least can cut losses
His cronies can move prices at their will and fancy .. don?t be surprised tomorrow it goes up!

I bought long time ago at $0.08. Now sell lost a lots. How much lower will it go?
