First Yuuzoo said it themselvs that they target are mobile users.   No desktop users.   If you heard this deskptop users thing from them,    then they are sweet-talking BS.   If not do you really undersand their business approach?

For the ETISALAT SME Arena, pls come on.   Yuuzoo design and UI is nice looking but functionality is simply ametuer and totaly non-pro.   You try searching for iphone and see what you get.   A link to Amazon.   Yuuzoo is a joke and the greatest one in the world.   Fairprice online does a better job!

LOTTO . for me, the biggest question was the lotto story. why there is no update, have they started, so many questions i had. talked to one very tall ang moh from yuuzoo. the good news is they have the licence to run the lotto gaming. they are also getting the licence for online version too. they also have the physical lotto machines. so, where is the revenue i asked. he replied that it is not easy doing this type of business in africa ( i personally think any kind of business in africa, after talking to the other companies that were present there). he also said that there are alot of challenges, from the ground level and they have been gaining momemtum in solving these issues. when you have physical machines, you need to find shops. when you find shops, you need to make sure they are trustworthy (nigeria leh). when you get both, you must find runners to manage the collection. most of these runners need to be managed by a tough hand. and then there was the authorities. everything moves at a snail' s pace in africa. from incorporation of a company (2-3 months), getting a bank account (1-2 months) to getting the licence (tan kuku months). by the time they get all these done, it took a year (that is actually fast, considering yuuzoo is quite new to the nigerian scene. this was confirmed by some executive from another company whom has a strong presence in Nigeria, some group name Ram or something). after toiling to get this done, the licence needs to be renewed.  I hear this already pengsan liao. It is always easy to type some things into these forum walls. But as an investor or a soon to be investor, you really need to do proper dd. I am interested in investing so I will always do tons of research. Always remember. business takes time to cook. and if cooked well and once the &ldquo food&rdquo is ready to sell, you will make money.

Take a look at these websites and see how many active users are there in terms of the number of likes, posts and comments. Since 2014 until now I yet to see the number of active users growing. Furthermore what is the value they are trying to deliver. Fact is these sites are boring to use and can' t provide stickiness. There is just lack of interest to even log in and post anything. They need to work on basics such as attracting users to their sites. Fact is they failed to do that. Furthermore applications they develop are buggy and extremely not user-friendly. It is even very difficult to read and navigate. Then for their websites when you try to view them on your handphone, their sites failed to render properly. If their business is in software and they can' t even pay well to attention in details, do you really think they can become a multi-bagger. The way I see it, scability is already a big issue to them. 

Even tencent worked on basics to attract users before slowing scaling up to be the giant internet company it is today. They pay attention to what people like at that point of time and constantly introduce content (avatars, ringtones, wallpapers, etc...) to interest them. I think this Yuuzoo is more concerned about share price than getting the business right and that' s why it keeps coming out with multi-bagger stories. I think they seriously need to hire people with marketing experience so that they can conduct enough market research to deliver what people wants. 

Look at the turnover rate of both employees and higher management stuff. No one knows exactly which direction the company wants to go. This already signifies that there is something internally wrong about this company. If the working environment is so toxic and everyone is not aligned in the direction which the company wants to go, how can this company even prosper and deliver business value.

I used to be an avid investor like you in this company but I realise I can no longer put any trust in it. I cut loss at 0.18 (lost about 10k) in end 2015 when I realise I can no longer see any future in this company. However, I still hope you can make it and this proves a good investment for you. I would too, take a second look at it again if I can see some results for this company, and by results, I mean significant growth in active user base, more user-generated content and real cash.
