Incidentally and reluctantly bought up ASTI at the lowest price today at 7.8/7.9 since it announced the selling of its asset STI to China's PDSTI on 2 April with price leaped to a high of 11.4c from 7.3c opening price.
At 7.8/7.9 or even below 8c, I think it's worth a bet for the MBA and the cash coming in to ASTI.

LOL initially thot there was a $38 million dividend windfall for shareholders. actually it' s dividend paid by STI to the company. bummer.. the coy has not mentioned any special dividends to be paid out to shareholders from the proceeds.

But for this ASTI, CEO said, based on the profit in 1st two months, the asset value and profitability in 2018/2019 are achievable. Hope it is true.
Sadly the selling power is too strong for the retail investors to absorb.

Yesterday they replied as they got grilled by SGX for the huge fees and additional conditions to fulfill regarding the escrowed amount of nearly $7m or so will be lapsed.... Really joker terms and conditions
