This is very positive news.
The total debt already reduced by S$182 m for the past 2 years.
Next 12 months they want to pare down another S$60 m.
Most importantly, they mentioned the following:
" There may also be some flexibility with respect to distributions after 2022, subject to operating conditions,&rdquo
Unless something unforeseen happened, means we likely to get an increase in DPU from 2023 onwards.

MAINBOARD-LISTED Asian Pay Television Trust (APTT) announced that it had signed an amendment agreement on Monday (Dec 27) extending the maturity date of its NT$ denominated 7-year facilities by 3 years on the same major terms, from November 2025 to November 2028.

As part of its financial close on Dec 31, the pay TV firm will pare down NTS$0.8 billion, or approximately S$40 million, using cash on its balance sheet. Over the last 24 months, it has repaid NT$0.7 billion, reducing the size of its available onshore facilities from NT$31 billion to NT$29.5 billion.

The amended onshore facilities bear a floating interest rate of Taiwan' s 3-month Taipei Interbank Offered Rate, plus an interest margin of 1.1 per cent to 2.1 per cent, depending on Taiwan Broadband Communications group' s leverage ratio.

The trust' s board expects distribution for 2022 to remain at 1.0 cent per unit, to be paid in quarterly instalments of 0.25 cent per unit if there are no material changes in planning assumptions.

Mr Dai should buy up 0.137, 0.138 and even 0.139, at one go.
This will convince current price is too cheap to ignore.

It' s always good news when insiders are buying.
In this case, keep buying, though not in huge quantity.
Nevertheless, cumulatively quite substantial.

Once again, Dai Yung Huei bought 1.3 m units at 0.136.
His accumulation has been going on for quite awhile already.
Too cheap not to buy or other intention?
