Did I see wrongly that there was a marred deal at 13,000lots at .059? Considering that the news is another extension, the drop isn' t very much. Wonder why it takes so long to get the restructuring of shares agreed upon. If this deal doesn' t pull through, they really have nothing to fall back since they already sold the furneral business.

The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo )
refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 28 February 2014 and 24 June 2014 (the
&ldquo Announcements&rdquo ).
As mentioned in the Announcements, the completion of the Proposed Acquisition (the &ldquo Completion&rdquo )
is conditional upon, inter alia, the conditions precedent specified in Appendix A of the Company
announcement dated 28 February 2014 (the &ldquo Conditions Precedent&rdquo ) having been fulfilled or waived
in accordance with the terms of the S& P Agreement by the date falling four (4) months from the date
of the S& P Agreement (the &ldquo Long-Stop Date&rdquo ). The Long Stop Date was extended to the date falling
eight (8) months from the date of S& P Agreement as announced by the Company on 24 June 2014.
At the request of the Vendor, the Company agreed to further extend the Long Stop Date to the date
falling twelve months (12) months from the date of the S& P Agreement for the Vendor to complete its
proposed change in shareholders structure (the &ldquo Vendor Restructuring&rdquo ). The Company will release
an announcement shortly once the Company is advised as to the result of the Vendor Restructuring.

Saw from the SGX annoucement site that recently there is alot of warrants exercised. I wonder if these sellers are those who have exercised the warrants. I saw some warrants are exercised at 1c and some 2c.
Also noticed that once 55 sellers come out, someone will big mouth take up. Looks like some big ka is collecting. What do you think?
