Target to hit USD1B revenue this FY. Looking good but profit margin a bit thin, as with the norm in this industry so no big deal. Gearing a bit high but shouldn' t be a problem with strong current assets. Management seems know what they are doing. I also like the fact that besides making money, the had an eye for charity work and had donated money for good cause. I am also surprised that the price actually went up after XD with big volume! Had vested and divested with some profits previously and am now re-vested! Hope can do better than first time round.

Another qtr of god result and mgt is generous in giving 0.3c interim div.
Revenue has increased from S$800m in 2012 to S$1 billion in 2013. With stronger bargaining power, it should be easy for it to bargain for discount / incentives from principals and increase its net profit.
Started with a small chunk accumulation, 50 lots first.

Exactly. Unless WE has further plan with Jubilee. This deal think not much impact on serial share price, no longer vested anyway. Feeling neutral.

Earned 1.7 million. Shares sold to WE holding at a price of $0.242 even though the market price for Jubilee is $0.125. Well done Serial.
Serial ceased to be SSH of Jubilee. 13.58% sold for 7.7 millions. I think Serial made a loss in this deal?
Jubilee also halted. Could be related as serial has about 7 to 10% stake in jubilee if I remember correctly.
