My average is 68.6 cts. 1st buy is sept last year. My only exposure to China & Tech. It's still trading at sane level. Only complaint is not paid dividends while waiting.

All the best to you. Recently, the LIBOR OIS spread and negative interest swap have warned me. so made the decision to withdraw money for now.

YTD, my portfolio still comfortably green thanks to Sembcorp, Keppel & OCBC. Most were bought during Covid period. Many shares are trading at bargain in times like now. Can still buy lah but in dribs & drabs. At the right price, any investment is a good investment. Cheers. 🧧 💰

In a bearish market, individual investors may choose to keep cash (do nothing).  Simply no one is aware of how long the terrible market has lasted thus far.
Only Keppel Corp. is performing well this year among the stocks on my " watch list," making it evident that unless you have the expertise to identify this company, hoping that an ETF will perform well in difficult circumstances is simply impractical (because around 8% of their profit was consumed by expenditures)

Ironically I have been profiting by shorting Alibaba and Tencent.

When war really comes (trust me, this is unlikely), HST will drop because US investors sold off. However, the chinese companies are still sound as the their main consumption is from internal market. Chinese economy is self-sustaining like Russia. It will be a good time to go all in.

But if Xi starts the battle, it will have an impact on all nearby markets.  The South China Sea and airspace will turn into a combat zone.
Singapore' s residential area will face difficulties.  When that day comes, I' ll make investments in " Can food," " drinking water," " necessary medication," and holding hard cash.

Taiwan is not a country with sovereign rights. Singapore always regards as One China. The risk of boycotting Chinese is virtually zero. We are very friendly with China and largely depends on them for a lot of resources. So mai spread fear. This is very safe HK stock
