Thats what i am thinking too 4 days what can they do. Push forwards to go ahead with the concerns by BOD. I suspect they had already have something in hand but just wanted a better deal.

I also wonder what 4 days can do and why they never suspend now. Any why 13M shares were when daily ave is 2M traded with big lots buying at 8.59am on day before halt, is it short covering ? I dont dare hoping anymore but can only pray as last measure...

Note that it was the board of director who wanted to clean up not by other third parties...... thats the only good thing i read about the final announcment...otherwise all are quite standard
I was wondering after so many year they change the accounting style can still to be clean in a moment... are they gearing up for another dual listing stint after this covid 19? They likely have something on hand else they will have suspend immediately.

Nowadays SGX regulator arm like to ask questions on fiscal reports. Maybe SGX send SinoG many many questions on the auditor remarks to be answered by a certain deadline but SinoG dont have answer yet so halt?
