The investment banks underwriting the IPO didn' t have such lockdown. It is not mandatory to do it.
READ the ipo prospectus, cannot even read simple stuff still wanna act like guru wannabe. Public tranche only have 2.5m. First day already seeing 76 million traded, anyone with common sense can tell it' s not coming from public tranche.

Wait for a good rebound and good riddance! Based on its performance should be a 1 time rebound.
