The warrants expire in Aug and comes with an exercise price of $0.007. The difference in price between the mother share and the warrant is $0.007. Did I miss out any critical information in terms of the assessment of the conversion of this 24m warrants into shares?

hopefully with the past share pplacement ..warrants exercise n selling all unporfitable biz..n concentrate in disa...n most important dont have to raise money through rights issue...recently rights issues are all bad news

I think so too. The earlier announcement doesn't seem to warrant a trading halt.

Strange...but I just felt somebody made a mistake earlier by lifting the halt too soon. For Equation, the norm is 3 days.
