china fund buying? so strong today...
This one the PE is very high now at 50.1x. Have to be extra cautious.Think PPL play for short term trading.
Usually coy spin off a son coy the mother share not performancing...eg Declout Terratech Tat Hong all died after spinned of it subsidary....

Share price is weak....hope after it consolidation, it will move up soon.
Been to Q & M in Sembawang lately, walk in and the staff still manage to get me a slot to see the dentist. Just that the dinner time for the dentist will be shorten. :) :)

SINGAPORE (July 14): Maybank Kim Eng is reiterating its " buy" recommendation and target price of $1.08 for Q& M Dental Group despite detecting accounting improprieties at its Johor Bahru clinics.
Q& M said on Wednesday it had uncovered improper conduct in its JB dental business operations held under subsidiaries Q& M Dental Surgery (Molek) and Q& M Dental Surgery (Austin).
When will this happen? hope it materialize soon....

Interestingly, the share price corrected even after announcing a major earnings accretive acquisition and received upgrade in TP by Maybank KE. Valuations of the company do not look cheap and there seems to be a head and shoulder formed, resistance at 76c.
Hope it turn out to be good news. China market is big. Now the peoples there are richer and can spend more on dental care.
Suck more unsuspecting retailers in to be stuck with another unwanted baby?

The Board wishes to update the shareholders of the Company (the &ldquo Shareholders&rdquo ) that the Company has decided to proceed with the Proposed Spin-off Listing by listing QDHC, comprising only of the Company&rsquo s business of operating dental hospitals and clinics and a dental equipment and supplies distribution company in China (the &ldquo Proposed Listing Group&rdquo ) on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the &ldquo SGX-ST&rdquo ).
