seems like company with good potential so i bought some shares end 2015 at 0.31 but price dropped a lot despite high target price of some " experts" (latest target price 0.40). i am still positive and hope i will make profit one day.

IPS Securex&rsquo s balance sheet looking better than ever
IPS Securex said on Friday that its trade receivables had fallen by 40% from $10.6 million at June 30 to $6.3 mil on Oct 14 after customers paid after its book closure date.
RHB Research noted that IPS Securex&rsquo s management had also guided that its trade receivables will reduce further in the next few months.
Jarick Seet, RHB&rsquo s analyst, said in a note on Tuesday that the group&rsquo s customers for its receivables have signed agreements to make repayments in instalments from Aug 2016 to Sept 2018, with an initial payment of $700,000 paid in Aug.
Aside from the pre-payment plans, Seet believes defaults would be &ldquo unlikely&rdquo given that the group&rsquo s customers are mainly government agencies and defence and homeland security remain essential parts of a government&rsquo s budget.
On the other hand, delayed payments &ldquo remain a possibility&rdquo and could impact the group&rsquo s results, he said.
That said, Seet believes the &ldquo worst is over&rdquo for the group with new contracts expected to boost earnings for the next few years. As such, RHB has maintained its &ldquo buy&rdquo rating on IPS with a target price of 40 cents.

this stock perform the worst in my portflio, sigh
Read today on THE EDGE MARKETS :
RHB is maintaining its &ldquo buy&rdquo call for IPS Securex, with a target price of 40 cents as the company expects to book a record performance in FY17.
Despite a dismal FY16 that was attributed to a delay in orders and payment of Pepperball products by an unnamed government, analyst Jarick Seet expects IPS to recognise at least US$15 million ($20.3 million) in Pepperball orders in FY17, following guidance from management that a solution has been found.
Seet also notes that Hyperspike delivery orders are on track, with potential new order wins.
The company says it is in talks with other countries to supply them with Hyperspike-related products. Following a US$64 million contract win announced in December 2015, Seet now expects Hyperspike Partial Orders (POs) to continue in Oct 2016 as well as Jan 2017.
Looking ahead, Seet believes that the current share price has bottomed due to anticipation of a record FY17. He notes that the tender for the scanning systems at Airports of Thailand is likely to open again by end 2016.

Result out. Profit didn' t grow ten fold. How ah ? Just a tiny bit better than last year. Still good bo ?

Published last year 2015  August, source http://sbr.com.sg/information-technology/more-news/ips-securex-cruises-towards-2016-profit-doubles
IPS Securex cruises towards 2016 as profit doubles. Profit is expected to grow ten-fold next year.
The increasing demand for non-lethal weapons as riots around the region escalated drove the security solutions company to experience successes in all its sectors all year long. Analysts from RHB said IPS' topline rose 25.9% to SGD15.7m due to a 19.8% increase in the security solutions business and a 38.7% rise in the maintenance and leasing business. Operating leverage also drove the net margins to improve to 14.4% in 2015. Meanwhile, RHB said IPS' profits could potentially grow 1000% next year once its USD50m PepperBall contract becomes recognised. " Management mentioned that it is keen to reward its shareholders with a higher dividend payout or special dividends if it delivers strong results in FY16, which we estimate to lead to a 6% FY16F yield, based on a 30% dividend payout," RHB said.
Dont miss the boat folks!
