Financial report is going to be released today but price dropping again ( $6.05 currently ) .
Bookvalue is S$12.59 so company more than 50% undervalued at current price.
Hope would go up by a lot after release of financial report today.

est. uol owns 39m+ uob shares. so full year dividend of 1.7 is about 7.5 cents per uol shares.
looks like uol dividend should be higher then last year. plus sale of 1 hotel hope to have some special dividend.
