At around S$2.60 a share, got to wait how long? 

 

I' ve redone my analysis based on the latest accounts. I actually end up only slightly higher, at around S$2.60 a share. Some sensitivities around that, based on the following assumptions:

1) OFI valued at an enterprise value of 11x EBIT
2) OGH valued at an EV of invested capital
3) Half of the net current assets is actual net cash value, with the other half necessary positive working capital for OFI to function

This is a company which talk about divestment of ofi since 2021. That's why the share price so depressed as many shareholders grown frustrated with their execution, and gave up. Imagine you wait for this to happen for past 5 years and seeing other stocks rises. Hopefully they come good this time round and soon...

only kick in after tranche 1 and 2 of olam agri sales are finalise. even then the special dividend should be staggered in batches and not one big lump sum. still some time to wait. timing of ofi ipo is also another question mark when. but all is starting to look good. but need time to bear fruits

 

Some answers like no answers . Why Terrascope disposal sale closed in March but no news on the special dividend ?
