If 3 BIG banks are giving 80%, the share value should be about 184 !!! LOL !!!

Simple calculations, each share should worth much more than 147 just based on the MTN of 500 millions and the outstanding shares of 3.39 Billions !!! In fact, the Share should worth more than that as the banks wont give loan equals to the NAV !!!

GRC is hugely undervalued and un-appreciated by the market. The real value is 20c at least. upside of around 80%.
Which construction company has more than $3bn of order backlogs. And not to mention, they will take ALL the Singhaiyi projects that' s unannounced yet.
At this level, the price is dirt cheap. |
