He called himself God wor, when he said he correctly predicted the closing price of 2.95 yesterday.
Today seven early eight early, he predicted CLIM will crash because of what happened to Dow last night.
Wonder what he' ll call himself this time? Opposite of God? Like Dog?
Yes that should be the way. Suggest people buy both. Or at least don' t try to act smart Alec to ask people dump CICT for CLIM. But I think the reason CLIM is rising is got one clown said last night he got cold feet, and will sell first thing this morning! What a clown! But with CLIM cheonging, I bet you, tonight he will reappear again and tell everyone he didn' t sell, and how right he is, blah blah blah.

Yalor, CLIM is newly formed company and no one knows how good is it. CICT (public since 2002) is a MEGA reit and biggest in Singapore and was the merger of 2 REITS which were in STI index and also Temasek bought 851 million of CICT in Feb 2021 and aso saw Black Rock also bought 130 million of CICT on same date as Temasek. Thus, if Temasek bought so much, sure CICT must be good, else why Temasek buy?

Was really hoping the CLI investers will unload their portion and the price will drop but even at this price is super attractive. Yield at least 5-6%.
