I am amused when some forumners here say SCM will reach 12.c by end Apr and then to 16c to 50c to $1.

No need for us to reason with such wild speculations which are totally not based on facts

KC is not so silly to reward SCM SHs when SCM is doing so badly. And the only way it can reach 12.4cts is if the merger terms are favourable to SCM or it wins a huge contract. Singapore doesnt want SCM to die.  Singapore will help it survive.  But Singapore will not ensure its share price.

Hence RI 2020, RI 2021 when SCM needed money.
