Analysts all say positive, positive, but the stock prices movement is not, not supportive. "Stale - for to many time, like yesterday's leftover bread, staling" 😝

Big vol,recorded, why stock price go down?. This date on 21-Feb-2022. Big..BB. 11,000.000 Share. X

The are 42 REITs and property trusts listed on the SGX also account for 12% of Singapore's stock market. Due to the challenging operating environment, there have not been many new REIT listings in Singapore.

20th anniversary of S-REITs Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, it?s been 20 years since the first Singapore REIT (S-REIT) was listed on our shores. The REIT Association of Singapore (Reitas) organised an event to celebrate this milestone, and Singapore Exchange?s (SGX: S68) CEO Loh Boon Chye noted that the S-REIT sector continues to be one of the fastest-growing in Asia. 👍 S-REITs form the second-largest REIT market outside of Japan, with a total of 43 REITs with a market value of more than S$111 billion, making up close to 12% of the market capitalisation of all SGX stocks. The very first REIT, CapitaMall Trust, was listed on the Singapore market back on 17 July 2002.

It is relatively hard for placement players to get (buyers) whatever their number of units they wanted (their application for order). It is even harder for retailers.

This allocation has been un-usual. First time 1:1, retailers got some units. (See allocation table).

Those had applied 100,000 to 1,000,000 (+) units, got ONLY 20,000 to 50,000 units. (Is not 100% allocation). Is not pathetic response from public response.

I thought the public response was pathetic.  I decided against subscribing for the IPO  after I read a few articles about the complicated structure and the income support (which means the malls are not self sustaining).  Had a fear that everyone will be allotted, and that fear came true.    All the best  to those vested.

?Hope overly optimism...BB's bull s.h.i.t about target prices will make many uncles and aunty think positive and not cut loss but buy even more and get stuck even deeper...SHIT.
