The are 42 REITs and property trusts listed on the SGX also account for 12% of Singapore's stock market. Due to the challenging operating environment, there have not been many new REIT listings in Singapore.

It is even harder for retailers. This allocation has been un-usual. First time 1:1, retailers got some units. (See allocation table). Goldfinger      ( Date: 28-Mar-2018 08:53) Posted: I thought the public response was pathetic.  I decided against subscribing for the IPO  after I read a few articles about the complicated structure and the income support (which means the malls are not self sustaining).  Had a fear that everyone will be allotted, and that fear came true.    All the best  to those vested.
