- Maintain Outperform raise TP to S$1.21. The pullback in price following the disappointing 1H20 results is as an opportunity to accumulate. FRKN trades at favourable valuations vs peers while outlook is improving across all its business segments. We believe FRKN has passed the worst of Covid-related disruptions and expect a rerating of its valuations on improving earnings going forward, driven by the strength of its semiconductor segment.

yes in short term, longer term depends on recovery, gdp n spending etc.

This Afternoon DPM announcing further measures to help businesses. Should be good for industries more affected by Covid?
If covid does not get the better in the 2nd half , the H2 outlook likely to be bleak as Frencken is pretty diversified. semiconductor alone is not enough to restore the confidence.

Is the H1 2020 result so bad? Next week should see 0.98. Heavy delivery next Tues and Wed.
I waiting at $1 le. Why shorting seems to have stopped?

Results looks ok considering the covid situation..1h20 net profit of $18.6M almost on par with 1h2019.. $19.8M
Company guided that 2h20 will likely see increase in revenue from all segment as compared to 1h20...
So with mgmt good guidance ahead 2h20 will see much more growth...
