ComfortDelGro fundamentally strong but price weak

Paid hundreds of millions to buy over uber' s stake...LOL...kena pressured by so call disruption technology...is just an App and aggressive marketing.  Now they slowly leaving the operations and depreciating assets to let the so call overpaid " uncomfortable" management to run...collected hundreds of millions(covered the intintial marketing/consumers/driver costs) smack smack backside say bye bye to you liow lah

Fully agreed! They have been in the ?comfort? of choosing customers for Long Time. Distance too long don?t want to take or said don?t know the way because later empty car come out. Too short distance face black black and complain queue so Long only take one short distance customer via Wakie talkie their group of kakis.

Agree with you. CDG will not let it be this way.
Surely have to plan and improve biz.
Public transport services (56.8%), taxi (33%), automotive engrg svc (5%), inspection & testing svc (2.6%), driving centre (1%), car rental & leasing (0.9%), bus station (0.7%).
Taxi hold 33% of their biz. will improve and hopefully rest of biz in track and better.

But as shareholders, don' t think they want " as norm" and " as usual" . Because now CDG not growing, it result said so......

I agreed with Leongyan, with CDG strong muscles & backing from Ah Gong, they could maintain their revenue & profits easily. 

 

LCR rental and engineering is a key thing for comfort. COuld well surpasss even passenger fare revenue. THey didnt stupidly buy LCR for nothing.

Surprisingly no one share the rumors of Grab going to acquire Uber southeast asia operations.
I divest the next day after seeing the news......if the rumors is true, imagine the impact on uber and comfort co-op. For me it not going to be positive......imo

 

Personally think CDG have been lag on the whole tech thing. Start to involve now still mean it way lag behind grab.
Apps call having improvement and getting more convenient. While the cabby still MIA right before peak hour and midnight.......
CDG maybe able to maintain the current earning but to grow........hmm.....management gotta do better.....a lot better

CDG will continue to do well.i think hirer will still have an additional options to use the Uber apps or not .they will choose which ever is helpful to them. I think Cdg results won't be much affected as they have other businesses . FY results will be closely watch come Feb ..I am having a TP of 2.20-2.30.
