Most of us now wld have some masks at home, and seem like its under control. When I have this stock 2 mths back, its the same way, no one vested and price keep going down. The sudden uptrend just give me a long waited chance to run. Anyway, hope Im wrong, good luck.

what is the point of having a down trend vol. We are very prepared even if the haze returns. Not vested

Seems like the big players still in the counter and I suspect there will be a second round of push up when the haze is back as dry season will only end in September. For now, looks like moving side line.

The 24-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) reading is expected to be in the " moderate" range from 6pm Sunday to 6pm Monday, said the National Environment Agency (NEA) in an advisory.
" The showers this morning helped to improve the air quality over Singapore," said the agency, adding that the prevailing southwesterly winds are expected to persist for the next few days.
But the 24-hour average readings of PM2.5 concentration - referring to particles which are 2.5 microns or smaller - will remain slightly elevated. Studies have shown that rain does not fully wash the PM2.5 particles from the air.
The three-hour PSI reading at 6pm stood at 28, after dipping to 17 at 2pm and 3pm - the lowest reading since the haze blanketed Singapore two weeks ago. The 24-hour average PSI at 5pm was 55-61, down from 56-61 at 4pm.
Air in the 51-100 PSI range is considered " moderate" . A reading of between 101 and 200 is considered " unhealthy" , between 201 and 300 is " very unhealthy" , and anything above 300 is hazardous.
However, the 24-hour average readings of PM2.5 concentration remain elevated at 42-57 at 5pm. Health advisories kick in when that figure breaches 40.

Still, keeping a box of masks is a good practice. We are all too used to live in a safe place, have to start changing our mind set and not wait till thing happened then start to complaint.
Thanks God, the haze seemed to be under control.Latest news on the hot spots is under 10.Can expect clear sky and passing showers over the wkend.
Mask is readily available at NTUC fairprice,Guradian and other pharmaceutical outlets.There is no need to panic buy or overstocked.
Instead ppl are queueing to buy Hello Kitty more than nything else.lol

We need to prepare for it as we all know it is not over yet. Don't wait till it comes then rush to get the masks. Lesson need to be learn. Next week school opening so better to prepare it now.
Hope for the haze to be back and make money is bad karma.

Be prepare for the haze to be back as forest fires take weeks to put off. Better start keeping some N95 at home especially if you have child. Pack one into the school bag for next time. Take care!
