Hi Leveinsg2, happened to read your posting just now. Let me share some background with you: " I attended  Fy ' 12  AGM and  noted that  his son  was the only employee getting that amt of pay (same level as  some  Dir) and, therefore,  suggested that he should be placed at Dir position  if he is capable................ hoping that he could contribute to the co."   They have done so subsequently, but the capability of his son seemed not exhibited yet vis-a-vis FY ' 13 results (comprehensive income = negative).

Frankly, I am about to give up hope.

He put his son into the board, but still seems hopeless.  It is somehow funny that small investors think a few days of haze will have any big impact on medtecs profit, bec's producing masks is not so profitable, as the margin is too low due to intense competition.  But this is mkt, often too irrational and too speculative.   I think you are long time holder of medtecs too. Do you know when the cash reserve is gone. In the report, it says now more than US$ 22 million, this is about 6-7 cents per share. I wonder if the management has used it wisely and properly. My 2 cents for you, please.

 

Deja vu ! Medtecs has not paid dividend for years. Also, haze or no haze, its performance remained " hazy" . Fy ' 13 had haze but its comprehensive income was negative.
