Movement a bit funny these few days. Keeping a watch on this..

 

Got rid of my stake at $2.20 and i' m glad i did. Bearish on REITs in general and particularly the retail ones. Rising interest rates, closure of Funan, retail stores not doing well, entry of Amazon, and more.

Wouldn' t be surprised to see this reach $1.8x in the next 3 months.

 

hv not seen this below $2 for a while...
