The lowest it fell was 1.30 on 10/1/08, so yr hope 1.20 wait long long...

It become another suntec where holder has exposure to both retail and office reits. But for me, i buy CMT due to its main portfolio in neighbour malls as i think ecommerce cannot replace people going to neighbour malls for socialising. Hence, i sold off. I will diverify if i want to by buying different reits.
But well, they diversify for u. No good or bad. Just that they make the choice for u
agree. govt reits are a decent bet for long-term.
i' m just stil lhaving a question mark over the merger... what will happen to the value of our holdings?
