But if this fella really hit 1.64cts, think gone laiow... but we never know, it may play up by BB back to 20cts, only they know, too cheap laiow and easy to manipulate counter

 

Can give a try and buy if hit 12cts, but no guarantee too, as it may test 11cts, so best is still to avoid this counter.

Ok, I give you the answer: Because they have Ivan Lim as the General Manager for their new built vessel division. From online comments, he is like your monster platoon ic or 2ic during your BMT days that will make sure you do what he wants at all cost....the one that all recruits tremble in fear at the mere ention of his name. He is an asset or a monster, depending on which side you are on. Management or workers side....
