Just wondering how long can grab/uber continue to burn their cash. or when time come for LTA/Gov to regulate more on private hire, else wont see the price for this counter to rebound

Yeah, waiting for signals to enter. vol is light, trading sideway. Wait for the vol to pick up at the right direction. Comfort isn' t a good stock to trade daily, but it' s good stock for weekly swing trading.

Market is abit noisy, can buy it towards end next week, and hold it till end July (it is seasonal bullish till end July) if it didn' t hit the stop. Also, have a look on Sats too. All the best |

The Taxi segment is very worrying as idle rates shot up from 1% to 3% signaling an over supply! With competitor going into an all out price war with way lower daily rental rates, earnings from Taxi biz is likely to continue be lower from 2017 to 2020 before stabilizing.
On the other hand Bus and Train segment should show positive growth as they have won new bus route contracts and the 3rd stage of down town line will be up. The big catalyst for 2017 would be the new thompson-east brown line contract, which there are only two bidders CDG vs SMRT... I estimate a 70-80% chance for CDG to take this one down as SMRT continues to be very poorly managed with still lots of train faults. We should know the results pretty soon, maybe in Q3?

Heard smrt cut rental for some drivers up to 50% for 6 months. ...heard comfort give out some incentives to encourage drivers to accept fix rate calls.. .heard grab keep on throw $$$ this whole weeks..$6 off unlimited for up to 50k users. And $5 off for others.. ..i also switch to grab this week . cannot tahan ...offer too attractive..unlimited $6 off for all rides...
