USD2.25 billion delivery of 2 drillships to Transocean expected in Q3 this year.
Uncertainty on Transocean' s ability to take delivery has clouded Sembmarine' s prospect for the past 4 years.
Now, it is becoming clear Transocean can and will take delivery as the Transocean has found jobs for both drillships at the Gulf of Mexico.
Other mega deliveries in 2021 are:
The USD1.36 billion TechnipFMC FPSO for the Karish field (85% completed. To set sail from Singapore in Q2/3)
Completion of Shell Vito FPU in Q2 (Vito will be Shell&rsquo s 11th deep-water host in the Gulf of Mexico and is currently scheduled to begin producing oil in mid 2021)
Mega mega positive cashflow/ profitability events for Sembmarine. Cash on hand might be pushing $3 billion when the above deliveries are made.
What is your basis that it is a joke?
CEO Wong earned $400k in 2020 and $800k in 2019 based on public records.
$3.8mil is quite a fair bit for him, whom you agree?

3 yrs target- $1 to $2.
CEO Wong, the ultimate insider, invested his whole life savings of S$3.8million in SMM' s rights shares at 20 cents. Boom time for Sembmarine in 2021, with or without merger.
Huat faster if no merger as SMM can do shares buyback right away with their S$2billion cash hoard.
But Temasek is determined to push throught the merger. Let' s see.

SMM starting its update. Nice. Looks like real this time
SMM made an announcement on 12.18pm. CFO change role to be CRO. I believe new CFO will be appointed. New value shall be created!
Ya lo. Sg dont have robinhood like the US has. If not we can trade at so much lower. Sg banks charge too much for commissions
