Such risks has been mitigated by SG Gov. 
I guess the ministry has done their homework well and took the bold measure to pump in Cash into the economy to support these industries.
Main objective - these industries have to come back alive post covi-19, maybe slightly injured. 
Hence we are seeing positive uptrend on REIT since 18 March

Agreed. Hv been in and out of capmall the past few weeks. Looks like my 172 entry shld be long term now

according to their merger presentation. the merged entity is 3rd largest. there is a general merger of reits to create bigger reits for better efficiency and cost management.
1 cct is offered 0.72 cmt +0.297 cash.
so cct is constantly 2-3 c cheaper. i suppose it is for the trouble of accepting the offer.
i think cct is better buy as it is less affected by current covid-19. plus they have capitaspring (41% interest) completing
in 1H 2021. plus there will be potential additional return from their car park later as technology develop. |

Nvm la...I buy for long term. Confident with gov in handling the Covid-19.  Hope covid-19 will get over soon in Singapore.
