I guess that, if the reit mgr want to stay as mgr, they and its owner has better be buying in more shares, even as the share price move higher, to increase their percentage holding 😆 . Otherwise they be just sitting duck to be kicked 🚮 out

As long as the cash, from the rights issusnce, has not been used to buy the proposed properties, the NAV per unit will include this cash portion and together with existing properties should be MORE than the after transaction pro forma nav per unit of 64￠
