I guess the value of the CCT stocks remain the same because investors get 0.72 CMT shares for every 1.0 CCT share.
As a merged entity there will be savings of overheads and management fee of 12% a year? This makes sense.

What is the impact of shutting down McD?
Does not make sense to me. McD is probably the most efficient in terms customers to manpower ratio in FnB. Closing McD will end up needing more manpower in the whole FnB.

Govt has already clarified landlords (ie reits and its shareholders) have to bear some pain. Stimulus are not meant to preserve shareholders value. They are meant to save jobs

It is very cheap now.
Current price of 1.75 is at lower end 22% of the Low-High range. Anything below 40% is considered as safe bet.
