If Guocoland put up Guoson Shanghai for sale and ger rmb 200 bil, nice and sweet : )
Any integrated project sitting directly on top of a MRT station at Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place, Bayfront is going to be a super prized asset .

315 units of CDL' s new project The Tapestry sold at launch

A TOTAL of 315 units, or 70 per cent, of the 450 units released of The Tapestry have been snapped up this weekend.
The average price per square foot is S$1,310.
On Sunday, developer City Developments Limited (CDL) said all unit types had a " good take-up rate" , particularly the one-bedder and two-bedroom units.
The Tapestry, which has 861 units, is a 99-year leasehold property comprising seven 15-storey blocks, with unit sizes ranging from 441 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit to 1,765 sq ft for the largest five-bedroom, dual-key apartments with a study.

True. They will only realize its true value when there is a property stimulus measure by Govt resulting in the next wave of Property Boom. Then they will see which property counter still under valued and buy up to its true potential.

For present long-term investors, this company is like an unpolished large diamond. Only those who see beyond it' s surface recognise it' s value. 
The moment it' s polished for the world to admire, those half-blind investors will finally see it' s brilliance and scramble to buy.

This guoson in puxi very good location.

it was trading at 1.8x prior to hitting 2.48 when property were in play last month.. now property is subject to interest rate high hence the decline and correction. City Dev and UOL all suffer the same. My take is wait for next week Fed interest meeting before plunging.. chances could be another rate hike..

Is time to add?
The day Guocoland reports huge profits from it' s Tg Pagar Centre, all the broking houses and analysts will sing praises in concert and tout BUY. And herds of investors and traders would troop into the counter.   But by then all the BBs would have already accumulated at low. 
Same SSH, both resigned.   However this one is moving as company did well, though PE is a lot higher than other similar property companies.     I suspect it' s a temporary play, herd instinct here.   We don' t know what' s in QLC' s mind.   Just be careful when music stops.
