I have no idea why this stock has been pressed down, any idea?
Many shares will surge one or twice and that is the time you take profit.
For haw par it surged one month ago to 11 (sometime before results ) and then shorted down to current price.
A lot of meat gone.
But it is understood to be a cash rich good com. Depending on at which point you buy , you may make handsome profit if buy now and hold for 6 months.
For 2020 2021 2022 it had a consistent 3.08% yield.
Freaking junk
Pressing down to accumulate? I have no idea but share price movement doesn' t make much sense.

With current cashpile, ppl are expecting special div. However the company put the money in SG T-bill instead....kind of disappointing.....but the company still damn solid, NAV historically high @ 16+
