AZ seems to be on rebound, closing higher last few days. But still better to set stop loss, in case there is reversal.

it always tough to stomach loss in investing...almost 30%...
peace of mind is important.
redeploy funds to quality company like netlink, hotung inv, global inv etc
then monitor their biz closely quarterly ...plus their cash flow
slowly will regain your funds...
just talking to myself ya..

Thanks for these. The ownership data is not most up-to-date: latest is as of 31 Oct, which is before the recent rapid price decline.
But it looks like the investment houses have indeed switched out of this stock - maybe that' s the reason for the decline.
As for the components shortage: how much is it really affecting the company' s bottom line? The company does a poor job in communicating with investors, so we don' t really know. This has created the space for pessimists to sell down this counter.

Buy back also cannot support the price, everyday see price depreciate, no mood. Rather cut and forget about it.
Gone case. Omicron likely to disrupt their supply chains and have great impacts to their factory productions. Company needs to buy back more shares before price dropped to 60 / 70 cents. 😷 🤧 🤕 🤒

When Dow/STI goes down, this one goes down, when Dow/Sti goes up, this one still goes down. So this is likely to go down some more.
Not many catalysts, only their quarterly financials, and even with record profit, price still went down.
Should eventually pick up, almost all analysts had tps of $1.70 and $1.80. That' s now a loke, but $1.20 still can by March. |

When it break $1, ppls lost confidence. Share buyback doesn' t support the price. Hopefully got good news to bring back to life.

Aztech just relisted in March 2021 that said we still cannot rule out another delisting exercise but at least the new laws should protect the minority shareholders more. Furthermore, the company is doing well therefore it' s valuation cannot be at its current share price of $0.80 (PE below 9X). My guess is that some investment hse switched out of this stock. If you look at the shareholders list from SGX website and compare it to the updated shareholders list on their website, you can see that many investment houses have taken or increased their positions on this stock. My bet is when the component shortage issue subsides, they will be on a roller coaster ride up and a re-rating will send its price over the roof.

Aztech deserves to get the " most dunked IPO" award (at least over past 5 years). From IPO price of $1.28 to $0.80, a plunger of 60% in 9 months. SIAS should present this special award to Aztech (like the Golden Raspberry award which is to give recognition to worst movies of the year).
