Talking about that rally, back then, price was also suppressed to even lower at 0.003 before the rally. Current situation is like back then, we expect corporate action to take advantage of the low price. But I checked old announcements and did not find any corporate action executed back then to take advantage of the extremely low price of 0.003. Price rallied 10 times from 0.003 to 0.031. Hope that this will happen again.

Hope this is the start of trading week that the stars are aligned. I don?t think it can stay at this price for months despite pending news of hotels opening etc. The last rally was around 2 years back. It is time to start to rise for all long term shareholders waiting for this news for a pretty long time

Yap saw the 1500 at premarket matching. It has been on going for months that some one is selling at 0.7 cent non stop. I have no idea what is his or her intent. Frankly speaking, unless he or she knows of some bad news that we do not know but why would he or she not wait for the pending news of hotels opening so that he or she can sell at a higher price. It is likely that someone is preventing the price from going up and has a very detailed time table and agenda for doing so. Let?s wait and watch the show unfolding.

Currently, company cant even get another bank loan(refinance) to repay boss US$10m. Whether company wants to continue to get bank loans or to raise fund from share issuance for their expansion plan(to Malaysia and other countries), share price of the company needs to be much higher than current price. When the time comes, bb knows what to do.

I agree with your assessment bro. Not forgetting that company has massive expansion plan as stated in their website and the fact that it has already registered a subsidiary in Malaysia for such expansion. More price sensitive announcements coming.
Moreover, in order for company to raise more funds for future expansion, share price must be much higher than current price. Price will move up when the time is right, if you know what I mean.

Given that both upcoming Luxury Hotel & Resort are targetting the Upper Class Client and High Net Worth Individual, revaluation should be at a premium and revenue could be very substantial.
Now that Bay Resort opeing was confirmed on 27 March 23, Bay Capital should be also around the corner too, since both project progress and hiring at about the same speed.
We are looking at not One or Two Hospitality Assets, but possibly a Third Asset to be injected, to me it' s a No Brainer to invest.

International arrivals to Vietnam expanded 3,060.8 percent year-on-year to 933 thousand in February of 2023, compared with 4,406.1 percent growth in the prior month.
A continued robust figure in tourist arrivals came as Vietnam has fully opened up its tourism sector following further improvement in the COVID-19 situation and the resumption of international flights.
Visitors from Asia surged 3,532.9%, namely:
China (1,265.1%),
South Korea (5,833.1%),
Japan (2,190.1%),
Taiwan (1,929.0%), and
Malaysia (7,540.2%).
Also, visitors from America expanded by 2,405.2%, mainly from the US (2,248.2%) while those from Europe climbed by 2,063.3%, of which:
Russia (448.6%),
the UK (4,603.1%),
France (2,961.2%), and
Germany (2,259.8%)
and visitors from Australia jumped 2,435.9%.
From January to February, tourist arrivals in the country climbed 3,563.7 percent. In 2022, their arrivals jumped 2,228% to 3.66 million. source: General Statistics Office of Vietnam
