Today (28th April 2023) is XB/XD for Propnex.
Going by yesterday' s closing price at 2.01, she should start trading today at 0.965 when market opens after the price adjustment.
With all the news on cooling measures two (2) days ago and property counters plummeting yesterday, I feel that any price below 0.90 is a " DISASTER" for Propnex.
Any comments please, my dear Bros and Sisters, so that I can decide if I am going to invest in this counter again.

next few weeks, results will b real bad, 1/- under is the way to go. already profited so much fm buyers n sellers, high time for reprieve, developers r hit hard n big discount inevitable, commission to agents will drop significantly n developers can market themselves by taking huge advert on all social media will save them more money wif walking in direct buyers instead at the mercy of agents n agencies

WITHOUt PREJUDICE, IT is indeed timely, sure drop like mad, agencies/agents and developers been making too much money, developers been paying 2.5 to 6% even 8% for slow moving projects. agents and leaders making millions annually will now spend spartanly knowing now the MOF/MND/MAS will not allow EP holders to run away including the HQ since rents mostly doubled since last year. leaders making fat overriding from their hundreds to thousands subordinates are now well tamed. the leaders been earning more than a million income and understand they buy few luxury cars, several private properties,shophoses and also high end fashionsNOW IS TIME TO IMPLEMENT ABSD/SSD FOR HERITAGE SHOPSHOUSES, MANY FRESH WAVES OF FOREIGN INVESTORS INCL CHINA ARE BUYING UP AND ALSO SELLING FAST without incurring these duties. better get out soonest , agencies dont own assets except the freelance agents geting paid commission for sales closed, any agency can have 30k agents but when properties are overpriced and nobody buys, good luck, govt will bring down bto prices to reflect voters' sentiment, this will affect resale prices thus no upgrade. dyodd. soon many agents dont get enough sales, will leave for permanent jobs with cpf, annual leave, medical leave, etc, and importantly to feed their families

The directors will likely be unloading big time under the guise of providing liquidity to the market. If they sell without the bonus scheme, they really will have trouble selling above $2.

So, once 1 for 1 bonus is issued , price will become halved? BBs pushing up to $2.40, become $1.20 after bonus issued, and sell it down to $0.80-$1.00 🤔
