A shareholder who bought a landed property at Dalvey who is currently rebuilding urged the company not to launch it' s private residence at Calvert Rd cheap, saying nearby project recently sold at above $3800 psf.
Seems like some news coming the up is abnormal lol

I was at the AGM last Friday. A shareholder questioned whether needs funding. The CEO replied no need, as cashflow is sufficient to sustain it' s current projects.

No record of dividend on SGX , so never paid any.
Big boys buying does not mean it is a safe bet. HPH Trust is 30% owned by Asia Superman and 10% by Temasek, BIG enough? IPO $1.00+, now? you check it out.
