Based on yesterday closing of $0.305 and Sino Harbour clsoing of HK0.48, the ex price is $0.022.
But because both are trading way below their NTA, value has been restored via this distribution in  specie. :)
 

 

Date of book closure 6 March 2018
Last &ldquo cum&rdquo date 1 March 2018.
3 more trading days to get entitlement of 3.51349 Sino Harbour shares.
Current worth of 3.513 Sino Harbour shares is S$0.271 (3.51349*HK$0.46*0.1678). In other words,
the ex price for Pan Hong would be $0.315-$0.2712 = $0.0438.
But based on Pan Hong announcements post distribution Pan Hong&rsquo s NTA would be $0.257 !
I do not think Pan Hong would trade at $0.0438 on an ex basis given its post distribution NTA of $0.257. 
This is where value could be realized on an &ldquo ex&rdquo basis if Pan Hong trades between $0.438 - $0.257 !

Based on Circular, expected date of annoucement of book closure date is 26-Feb 2018 and expected last day trading " cum" is 1st March 2018.
Expecting a huge payout for those who is prepared to ride through the distribution in specie of Sino Harbour shares.
