Can be wrong, but dont think it is to have a share of the profit. They just want to have transparency over the dealings of each company and also set the price of dealings for every transaction. Probably coming from this angle to ensure companies pay the right amount of tax to reduce deficit and ultimately to prop up the ruppiah. However, by intervening in the market directly, it scares investor and this may reduce foreign direct investment, which may cause the ruppiah to drop further.

If Melati gives above 60c, at this point, I think I will take and run.

the indon govt is too interfering and manipulative for geo. if ever geo returns to 60c, will sell all and quit indon counters.
frustrating by the day seeing massive drop from 67.5 to 46.5 within days, unimaginable but happening, and all the good works of chair melati sinking when it should be uplifting to kgi tp of 127.
indon govt too unpredictive, and wounding the goose that lays their golden eggs.
