I think it's likely going to trade between 35cts to 36.5cts range till the result on 14th May and hopefully some updates from the new CEO.
no news is good news. 
what is good news to have the share price rise? sell singpost building at paya lebar and singtel buys over or someone else buys? any others to increase the value to prior resignation of previous mgmt 0.66?

Kind of waste to house a data center in such a nice and convenient location with Paya Lebar mrt right at the doorstep. I think they can easily use the fund rom selling to build a much bigger data center at the further east or west end of Singapore

With plans to move the entire operations to their tampines facility, that free up a lot of space in Paya Lebar Singpost centre to convert to more lucrative office or shoppingl space or divest it and join the recent property merry go round
Singtel share price a bit tired recently. They need to grind out more corporate activity to get some positive momentum. Doing something here (TBD what exactly, but there are a number of options) even though it does not move the needle valuewise for them may help to generate that energy and have much more impact than the pure numbers (being indicative of how management create value which can be extraopolated across their holdings etc)
I saw many Singtel booth at Singing Post Office. Singtel holds only 20 percent. In fact, Singtel should increase their stake and no one can control SingPost. Shorties are pushing the stock price goes below 40 cents.

If Singtel does not have any influence in a company where it is a 20%+ shareholder then it is not doing its job properly in managing its investnents.

Singtel has been working on this value realization strategy and I see Singpost isbvery unlikely to be core for Singtel business. So as a substantial shareholder, Singtel can still do a married deal without Singpost influence. That should improve Singtel overall financial results.
Anyway, just speculation on my part.

Singpost up on strong volume today, finally joining the broad-based rally of small cap stocks
R1 - 38.5
R2 - 39.5
One in prime area Orchard, one in Paya Lebar and a mixed development, so it's difficult to flip so high, need miracle for this one (not magic) :-)
