One brokerage' s latest TP is 55...41% upside base on 39c now....not many companies are going to give dividend this year...so this is a good dividend paying company and potential for Heinemann to raise its stake further and potential M & A oppotunities and may be special dividend etc...this company is with proven track records to give good dividends and now bonus warrants...lol...
Share price has to go up further beyond 40 and above to entice more investors to go for warrants later after EGM....

Once analysts have done the necessary calculations, the share price will move up easily beyond 40c...
lifespan is 5 years lah...you can sell anytime in SGX if the warrant price is good as it will always track the mother share price...as the share price will most probably go up anytime in 5 years time, investors can convert the warrants into actual share by just paying 43cents and get 1 new share. If the share price by then is S$1.00, you can pocket the difference as profit. So it is very good if company is issuing Bonus Warrants or Issues !

How is it good if the warrants exercise price is higher than the current market rice? Also, the lifespan is only 6 months? Reflecting company's confidence that it will continue to shoot up or just a way to force investors to exercise?

Quarterly results should be very good...lots of tourists buying...just collect dividends is already very happy...plus appreciation of share price...lucky good...

slowly but surely going up since 22 dec from 0.330 to 0.380 today. looks like might go back to the 0.450 heights
good for those who want to play bit longer. patience needed but getting there !
This is a very good counter with good dividends....you can collect good dividends and at the same time with appreciation of share price...high potential to move up further....
