Agree 1000%. NT is only looking after their own interest. Do you think they care about Procurri or Sunningdale' s shareholders? They don' t. Thank God they only have a small slice of ISDN.

With regards to the business update and Q& A, this is the first time i had seen them being so bullish about the company. Glad i am in for the ride up. More to come.

It is a good thing at that time, Mr. Teo didn' t want to place more shares to NT despite them asking for more.. Take a look at procurri and Sunningdale, both given low ball offers. If Mr Teo had placed more, say 20 to 30%, then I think ISDN would have been swallowed up by NT at 30cts. You and I would not have enjoyed Multibaggers.

Mr Teo is very much aware of the potential of ISDN. The recent Q& A highlighted the optimism of their businesses and there will be much more to look forward to. ISDN over the years has not shown such optimism. Go read their Annual reports and compare.    By 2023 , I expect ISDN to triple from here.

The fact that  NT still is in, hasn' t sold, and contributed in some ways is good enough for me. I am sure they are happy riding on the gains.

comparing novo' s 3 investments, isdn seems to be the smallest stake.

from the article on novo-aem, novo is the " driver" for aem, leading the bizness transformation.

anyway, i think if novo is running isdn, it wld likely focus on core bizness, rather than diversifying to hydro, etc.

I agree.
NT is no fair shake dealer. It is a shark out for the kill.
One can be a hanger on riding on its tail for leftovers, but make sure not to be their prey.
I have a kachang puteh stake in Procurri which I absolutely refuse to sell to them at 36.5.

What surprised me is that someone did ask the question about management? take on whether ISDN is the next AEM..this is somehow a pretty silly question to me that I supposed the management could be holding their laughter while answering that question professionally..I mean..people can be more knowledgeable..please don?t ask this kind of silly question..people are saying the growth could be similar to AEM in some way but doesn?t meant it can reach the price of that of AEM..investors..please be knowledgeable and wise..you must know what and how..think twice and thrice when someone say something..please..the whole response to shareholders were pretty good..save for that silly question..cheers..

from the AGM responses,
-  i was surprised someone was direct enuff to actually ask the question abt ISDN being the next AEM. but i guess it does benefit the shareholders.
- i think it' s worth pointing out that the ISDN mgmt is the main driver and NT is not even the co-driver but maybe an advisor to the ISDN mgmt when the situation arises. (at least that' s my interpretation)

perhaps that' s why NT didn' t increase its current stake thru' buying more shares in the open mkt.

there r distinct differences btn AEM & ISDN - imo, one has to be mindful if one invest in ISDN hoping that NT will turn it into the next AEM it is better if one invests in ISDN considering its own merits, as mentioned by the mgmt.

I understand the investment in Hydro was before the NT bought in. Very unlikely the company will move to other area of business. Today, tech stocks are weak, so expect ISDN to have profit taking.

Hopefully it will not be like investing in Mining. After money goes out, want to take back from Indonesian side is tough...same for investments in other Hydro projects...

perhaps the current price trend is because good news has been priced in. taking e.g. of 0.68(share price) at a p/e of 15, the EPS needs to be ard 0.045. for reference, last year' s EPS is 0.0351.

for me, i intend to hold long term, and is of the view(at this point in time) that future EPS shd exceed 0.0351 in the next few years.
