Just expect a strong rebound if oil price stabilised or move up from this point.
Just my thoughts.

 

OIL .....issue
OPEC may cap oil price rise ....with cap on production remove or at most maintain for a whole .....I doubt the $100 will come
So Kep and Semp affected ....

If people dont want Sembcorp, the company will be more than happy to do share buy backs.

Oil price shot up $1.07 now future also up.......Singapore Oil industries are down

 

Not certain this cld be good for the shorter term, in fact adding much to its debt burden.  Longer and if well manage /yes.
However, India IPO and re-structuring sale may be better catalyst for its share price.

Semb Corp result is on 22nd Feb after market close....hmm waiting for Friday action ( so most likely good)
utility is ok / still general income. Infra ok/ oversea investment ok
Marine ( as long as the fine amt is not too large/ semb M shd not pull down Semb Corp )
catalyse is the indian listing and China investment.
Looking forward to its coming result

So what' s/are the expectation/s.  Spore utilities challenging.  Smarine, still waiting for visibility (although I think with bullish oil px, Smarine' s outlook certainly appears much brighter).  Solid waste collection, large contract just went to 800 Super.  So, if good news, surely more likely from overseas ops.  Incidentally, I vested at 3.03 n exited at 3.15.  Not trying to talk the stock down, but hoping to recap what I know.  But if px does retrace, I' ll certainly be back.
