So what I am trying to say, investors or buyers will see how long to take back the money invested, not purely on NAV.. this one very deep hor, deeper one... Like Facebook, they will buy a new emerged platform similar to them at high high ridiculous price, then kill the business.. why? they dun want to has competitors... anything can happen..?

If I am the buyer, I will get an independent valuer to value the assets first before I make a decision.
