Why is this repport of TP at 1.80? Can share this vital info?

I read a report,RH Petrogas undervalue to its NPV. They are now re-assess their asset. Their estimate is that RH Petrogas could be value at $1.80 in 2014 and even more in 2015.Their business is good.

If it is too good to be true, most likely it is. No free lunch in the market, Penny rally attracted lot of scam to cream off newbies. RH Petro fell from 76 ( since our call below ) to 72 ( yesterday ) before rebounding strongly today to 87 ...
luckily we were able to cover our shorts at 73 when we see faked selling , to go long today and exit 86... ( see our trades in fb corner )

RH Petrogas Limited (the Company) reported Monday that its wholly owned subsidiary RHP (Mukah) Pte. Ltd. (RHP (Mukah)), has commenced June 28 the acquisition of approximately 341 line miles (550 line kilometers) of 2D seismic survey in Block SK331 onshore Sarawak, Malaysia. The survey is expected to be completed in November 2014.
Block SK331 is a large block covering an area of 4,479 square miles (11,600 square kilometers). The design and layout of the 2D seismic survey is based on the results of the 7,718 line miles (12,414 line kilometers) of full tensor gradiometry (FTG) survey conducted in 2013 and of the reprocessing of old seismic lines within the block. Through the results of this new 2D seismic survey, the Company is targeting to further evaluate several identified leads in order to upgrade and mature one or more of them into prospective candidate(s) for exploration drilling.
RHP (Mukah) is the operator of Block SK331 and holds an 80 percent working interest in the block. Its partner is Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd which has a 20 percent working interest and is owned by Petroliam Nasional Berhad, the national oil company of Malaysia which is vested with the entire ownership and control of the petroleum resources in the country.

| At this price, the risk/reward is a no brainer. Downside is only back to 60+ levels before takeover talks (if it should even go there considering oil price is up), while upside is well above a dollar if the takeover eventually goes through. Asset valuation without takeover already 90+ cents. We are not talking about any bad news or change of fundamentals here, just that previous expectations were very high. Looks very attractive to me |
